Ftouri ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Zembraa Digital SUARL. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Ftouri app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and send you secure sign-in links (magic links). We do not use passwords.
Meal planning preferences: Household size, favourite cuisines, dietary restrictions, weekly grocery budget, and meal scope (breakfast/lunch/dinner) — all provided by you during onboarding or in your profile settings.
Usage data: The meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists generated for you, and your interactions with dishes (liked, swapped, or rejected) — used to personalise future suggestions.
Purchase information: If you subscribe to Ftouri Premium, our payment processor (Google Play Billing, via RevenueCat) handles your payment details. We do not see or store your card information.
Technical data: Basic crash and error reports (via Sentry) to help us fix bugs. This does not include your personal meal planning data.
How we use your information
• To generate personalised meal plans and recipes using AI (Anthropic's Claude API)
• To fetch relevant dish photos (via Unsplash, Openverse, and AI image generation where needed)
• To manage your subscription and free trial
• To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
• To send you account-related emails (sign-in links, important service updates)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
Children's privacy
Ftouri is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
